RECORDS:
Nicolas was the first husband of Marguerithe Schwind. They were the parents of
Antoine Rach, father of Christine Rach Steichen. He died in 1815, and in 1817
Marguerithe married another Nicolas Rach, son of Mathias Rach and Anna Rach,
parents of Marguerithe Rach, mother of Christine. In other words, Christine
uncle Nicolas married her husband's mother. Her uncle became her step-father-
in-law. Marguerithe was 34 at her 2nd marriage, Nicolas 2nd husband was 27.
