The information about Jean DUPREL came from his daughter marriage record (17 Mar 1805). On this marriage records it states that Jean Duprel was deceased by the time his daughter Marie Jeanne DUPREL married Nicolas GLOESENER in Folschette, Luxembourg and that Jean DUPREL and Catherine WEYLER are from Septfontaines, Luxembourg. The only Jean DUPREL I have found so far in the records of Luxembourg is Jean Baptiste Francis DUPREL / du PREL son of the baron Charles Antoine DUPREL. Jean Baptiste DUPREL was born in 1747 at Erpeldange, Luxembourg. He moved to Bavaria in 1770 and died at Amberg, Bavaria in 1805.
